I was lucky enough to get an invite, so I'm going to start using it and write a review in the next few days.
I think it's okay but until my friends use it I don't, isn't that what social networks are for?

Anyways, first impressions are good. It's similar to GMail, but with a social networking feature built in. Here's a screenshot I took.

Facebook vs Myspace

I always have used Facebook, most of my friends (if not all of them) use it, and so do almost everyone in my school does. I like Facebook, the quizzes and the few applications I use are great, not to mention the IM is good too. But it's kinda boring, I really don't care for the look, the simplicity is nice but it starts to get pretty old and when your wall is cluttered it doesn't look that nice. Also, it has a few browser errors, with any browser used.

Myspace on the other hand is nice, but most of my friends just use Facebook, and theres not as many apps on there, and unlike Facebook you really don't have a status and news feed, I really like that feature. I do like Myspace in some aspects is better.

Myspace is much nicer to customize, you can personalize it to make it your profile, not looking like every other users. Also, Myspace has music, videos, games, and even blogging services and email.

My advice is to use both, thats what I do, you can reach more people and get the best of both worlds.

Here was a picture of a Facebook page I found, notice how it's neat but all Facebook profiles are the same
